Returns
At C Emb Print LTD, we take pride in creating bespoke embroidery and print products tailored to your unique specifications. Each item is meticulously crafted with attention to detail. As such, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific circumstances.
All products ordered on our website whether decorated or not or specially ordered for the customer and are non-returnable unless confirmed in writting and at the discretion of C Emb Print Ltd. No returns will be accepted after 28 days of receipt of purchase
Any authorised returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear or the item(s) has been washed, the item(s) simply cannot be returned and a refund / replacemnet will not be authorised.
Defective / Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your bespoke item is defective or if there has been an error on our part, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of the issue. We may request the return of the goods and/or require photographic evidence of the defect or error to facilitate the return process.
If the defect or error is confirmed, at our discretion we will either correct / replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors on our part. This includes but is not limited to:
- Changes in personal preference
- incorrect order of size (we advise to order sample sizes or check size guide for your particular garment)
- Incorrectly provided specifications or artwork
- Errors in spelling, grammar, or design approved by the customer
- Incorrect washing - the manufacturer reserve's the right to request the return of goods for chemical analysis to verify any material stress caused by incorrect following of care instructions for both garment and decoration
Cancellation of Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders are put into production shortly after the order is confirmed. Therefore, amendments or cancellations may not be possible, and the full order amount may be charged.

Shipping charges for products returned
All shipping charges for returning products to C Emb Print Ltd must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return a product:
1. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours of collection/delivery to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, invoice number, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written at the top left, on the outside of the return parcel.
